Bhutan is celebrating the first ever National Voters’ Day on the 15th of September 2014 with the theme “Youth in Democracy” at the Clock Tower Square commencing at 9:00 a.m. coinciding with the International Democracy Day. The Day is also being celebrated in all Dzongkhags.


All Bhutanese voters are invited to attend the Programmes at Clock Tower Square, Thimphu, Sherubtse College, Kanglung, Trashigang and other Dzongkhags.


As we Celebrate the National Voters’ Day let us remember it is our rights as well as duties as registered voters to participate in every Election!
